The Philadelphia Regional Office provides hearing rooms of various sizes to accommodate your group, as well as numerous amenities for your convenience.

Hearing Rooms
Now you can access three state-of-the-art hearing rooms and a caucus room in a center that has been designed specifically for hearings and mediations. We can accommodate 6-24 parties and representatives. Each hearing, mediation, and meeting room has ample room, ergonomically designed furniture, excellent lighting, and utmost privacy. These rooms are outfitted with the latest video and audio technology allowing parties to present evidence and witnesses in-person and remotely.

Area Accommodations

The office maintains a list of restaurants that are in close proximity.

The Park Hyatt at the Bellevue, located next door to the Philadelphia Regional Office. For reservations, please call (215) 893‑1234.

Philadelphia International Airport. Travel from PHL to center city Philadelphia is approximately 20 minutes.

Amtrak’s 30th Street Station. Taxis from the airport and the train station are available. Shuttles are offered by the airport and many of the downtown hotels.

Driving Directions
I-76, I-95, the Pennsylvania Turnpike and the New Jersey Turnpike serve Philadelphia.   


The Double Tree Hotel and the Parkway at the Bellevue on Broad Street offer parking. Daily rates apply.
