The New York Regional Office provides hearing rooms of various sizes to accommodate your group, as well as numerous amenities for your convenience. For information about conducting hearings after office hours, please contact our staff.
 
Hearing Rooms
 
There are eight (8) rooms in four (4) sizes which are named predominately after avenues in New York City.  Rooms are available for AAA-ICDR® cases and for private, ad-hoc dispute resolution matters and other meetings.

  • Onsite AAA café providing gourmet coffee, tea, water and snacks provided at no charge
  • Various views of 41st and 42nd street, as well as Lexington and 3rd avenues
  • Two Business Centers
  • A Neutral’s Lounge
  • Ergonomically designed furniture

  • ELMO machine (available at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis)

Public Transportation
Convenient Access to Subway and Metro-North. 
Take 4, 5, 6, 7, S, Metro-North to Grand Central Station.
Take B, D, F, M to Bryant Park.

Driving Directions
From the North.
Travel south on Saw Mill Parkway/Saw Mill River Parkway toward Manhattan. Roadway becomes Henry Hudson parkway (toll road). Henry Hudson Parkway becomes Rt. 9A S/West Side Highway. Turn left onto 42nd Street.

From the NJ Turnpike/Lincoln Tunnel.
Take New Jersey Turnpike North/I-95 North (toll road). Take exit #16E toward Lincoln Tunnel (toll) and you’ll merge onto NJ-495 East. Continue onto Lincoln Tunnel. Take the exit toward Dyer Avenue. Keep left at the fork, and follow signs for 42nd Street. Turn slight right onto Dyer Avenue. Turn right onto 42nd Street.

From I-495/Queens-Midtown Tunnel.
Traveling on I-495 West take the exit toward East 37th Street. Turn slight left on east 37th Street. Take the first right onto 3rd Avenue. Turn left onto East 42nd Street.
