Accessing Your Account


Issue: I have registered for an account on, but I cannot access my account.

Solution: Before using your account, it has to be verified. An email was sent to the email address that you provided. Please click on the link within the email to complete the registration process.

Issue: I tried to reset my password, but I am getting an error message.

Solution: You will receive an email from with the subject of “Password Reset.” Click on the link provided in the email and create a new password. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
